At present we concat e.g. Idx8000 to fastcs_name to make nice labels and unique PVNames but we would prefer:
- fastcs supports a Label feature for groups and attribute names
- we use a 8000 suffix for PV name for uniqueness
- but no suffix for the labels and group names
