In order for someone to run their own methodology and models on SPRUCE , they would need to write classes implementing EnrichmentModule, generate SpruceColumns etc...
The best way to facilitate this is for SPRUCE to publish Maven artefacts. Historically, I used to do it on Maven for my other projects. Will probably do the same unless there is a better alternative.
