Feature request: record when motion is detected

I would like to see the record when motion is detected feature to be added because it could make a good security camera running 24/7 in a house or apartment and also you can see all the recordings in the webui with downloading support.

A dedicated NVR solution like Frigate would be the best way to go for this.

Frigate allows continuous or scheduled recording (without running out of space on the device), automatic movement, people, car, animal etc. detection (which would be much harder to implement on device) and a lot more features.

Using the preset-http-mjpeg-generic input args preset would allow you to add the stream from Android IP Camera into Frigate.
