Links to tweaks

Two types of links:

• links to tweaks from same repository - just a normal tweak link if it's opened inside a package manger, or a normal depiction link if it's opened in a web browser
• links to tweaks from another repository - opens a dialog with a link to add repo to package manger and a link to install
