TLDR；(in mandarin) jue2 can also be pronounced jiao4 as in 睡觉, which generally has the meaning associated to sleep
I was looking to find etymological differences between jue2 and jiao4 like if they were two words that got combined or if they were one word had meanings splinter off. I am sure there is an interesting story there anyway, a little disappointed I couldnt find more. (I am still going to reasearch more)
