Dimension Blacklist

#16 The dimension blacklist does not work.

set in the config as:

"BlackListDimIds": [0],

I've also tried with modded dimensions(Twilight Forest, The Midnight, The Aurorian, The Atum, The Lost Cities) and the cows still spawn in them.

"BlackListDimIds": [0, -1, 1, 7, -23, 424, 17],

Mod Version: FluidCows 1.1.22

Hi. Idk, testing in superflat with blacklist dim id 0 - all ok.
