Integration with Gameyfin

First off great work! I think something like Questarr has been missing in the *arr ecosystem.

Now for my feature request / idea:
I am the maintainer of Gameyfin (https://github.com/gameyfin/gameyfin), essentially Jellyfin for your video games. I was thinking of "connecting" Gameyfin with Questarr. Gameyfin has a request feature, this could be synced to Questarrs wanted list? Maybe you have even more ideas, I am happy to discuss.
Currently Gameyfin does not expose the data via an API, but I could implement all necessary endpoints.

Hey again :) Didn't forget about Gameyfin, I've been mostly focusing on security and stability updates until now.
I think the simplest, if we think about how a Sonarr/Plex setup work, is an API to trigger rescan of the library. I am working on implementing a RomM integration, which is the same idea but for retrogaming.
Regarding the request, that would entail having an API on questarr to request a game, I could work on this as well

I know RomM and I am in irregular contact with the devs, great guys 🙂
As for the endpoint to trigger a rescan: I can implement this without issue.
Gameyfin already supports using filesystem watchers to automatically trigger scans (when files are created/deleted/moved/...), but it's disabled by default. So the endpoint would trigger a re-scan if filesystem watchers are not enabled.

If you already have an API schema for the RomM endpoint I could probably implement the same endpoint for Gameyfin which would save you some work.

I checked their code (didn't get to that part yet), and it seems they don't have such an endpoint.
They follow the same pattern you described, with an optional automatic scan. And while it could potentially be possible to use their websockets, I didn't find any reliable way to connect to them without asking for a username/password.
So, no API scheme! A /api/library/scan would be enough for me, together with an API key or an auth token. FYI, in their scan task, RomM proposes these, as far as I found: platform (optional), type of scan (quick or full), game ID, metadata source list
