FR: Post Processing and Taking over active download or adding active download to the library

Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe.
I would like questarr to handle post processing: Rename and Move to Library directory.

Also, I will only really trust content from specific sources that are not indexers or trackers. All of these sources can result in a a torrent client download.

Describe the solution you'd like
I would like the ability to add active or completed downloads (still in the client) to questarr library and have it finish the post processing. This allows the user to hand pick from lots of sources that will never be supported by prowlarr.

Adding active downloads as games into the backlog will be supported in 1.3.0, but post processing was too big of a chunk so it will be in the next one.

For post-processing, could you add a way to make questarr hard-link files instead of move or copy as well ?

And also, be able to move/copy/hardlink files to different output folders depending on file name patterns

I've already added hard link in the current PR, with different file patterns already in too.
