[Feature]: When created certificates, show them as a dropdown when adding domains

What problem will this feature address?

When i create a domain for a service and i want to create my own custom certificate for it, i need to write down the exact title of that certificate which is error sensitive

Describe the solution you'd like

When you add a domain for a service and you select custom, it would be nice to have the field as a dropdown, the dropdown shows you the options of the ssl certificates you've entered on the "certificates" page. that way you cannot misspell the certificates.

if you have defined your own certificate, it just needs to be present inside the dynamic folder of traefik with the relevant yaml file which dokploy creates, you do not need to choose any cert provider, as traefik will auto use your certificate

in the above example you can just pick none for cert provider, and traefik would still use***(note see below)*** your wildcard certificate for any top level subdomains of example.com. Entering *.example.com for cert provider is a mistake, since you are not using any cert resolver and it's likely you wouldn't have defined one with that name.

cert provider is dokploy telling traefik what defined acme ca server to use for generating certificates, which is not needed when you provide your own.

traefik collates all relevant certs and uses the most specific, so if there was a previously generated exact match lego ca cert, that would still be used over your provided wildcard, until the old acme entry is removed from acme.json and traefik is restarted.
