[Docs] Expand Module Documentation

Currently, the documentation for our core modules is very minimal. We need to expand these files to help new users understand how to configure WinHome effectively.

Tasks:

• Expand docs/modules/winget.md, docs/modules/scoop.md, and docs/modules/chocolatey.md.
• Add sections for: Basic usage, Advanced configuration, and Troubleshooting.
• Provide at least 3 real-world config.yaml snippets for each module.

I would like to work on this issue. I've gone through the acceptance criteria and understand what's needed :

• Expand "docs/modules/winget.md" , "docs/modules/scoop.md" , and "docs/modules/chocolatey.md" with structured documentation
• Add a Basic Usage section to each module explaining common commands and setup
• Add an Advanced Configuration section covering customization options and best practices
• Add a Troubleshooting section addressing common errors and fixes
• Provide at least 3 real-world "config.yaml" snippets per module to help new users get started quickly
