security-clinet header is not included with the initial registration request from the boghe client

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1.setting in the security --> enable 
IPsec,algorithm:hmac-md5-96,mode=trns,protocol=esp,  
2.setting in the identity--> enable 3gpp early ims security not checked and 
save .
3.signin 

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?

I am not using open-IMS for P-CSCF,I-CSCF,S-CSCF

You gotta run Boghe with administrator privileges.
