Weapon Stats, Weapon Damage, and Damage Scaling #42

Weapons need properly defined stats, most importantly and critically at the moment:

  1. Damage. Without weapon damage, Selen cannot harm enemies as per Enemy Health #41 .
  2. Damage Scaling. Certain weapons should be less effective at high ranges. A basic implementation of this should be in our alpha.
