App randomly crashes during a call

I was hoping the latest upstream would fix this issue that I've been having for a while but didn't.
Basically, the app randomly crashes during calls and automatically switches to the stock dialer. And when I hang up, this apps notification is still running in the notification and it shows the call is still ongoing even though it's not. I then have to force stop the app to make the notification go away and have the app work again. This happens quiet often but not always. Haven't been able to track down what causes it exactly but it's an issue I've been having since older versions of your app. Not sure if this happens in the Simple Dialer app itself.

I have faced this issue a few times too. Though I was not able to find what the problem was, I guess it is an issue with my fork and not with the upstream. Will need more scenarios on this so that I can find what the problem is.

@DreadedLama It happened to me again today and I paid more attention this time. So what happened was I received a call and I guess I had internet issues so I was not connected to the internet so it failed to fetch truecaller info for the incoming call. And when I ended the call, I was faced with this issue. So 1 possible scenario could be that this happens whenever the app tries to fetch truecaller info but fails?

Anyways, I'll try to see if there are any other specific scenarios.
