[Docs] Add a commit-bound manual verification receipt

Problem

The repository has a reusable manual verification guide and blank result template, but no completed public-safe receipt that binds the current behavior to an exact commit, tree, browser, operating system, and test pages. PR history alone is not a durable self-contained verification artifact.

This issue addresses GPTPro re-audit finding F003 only.

Acceptance criteria

• Add a completed public-safe verification result for one exact commit and tree.
• Record the browser and OS versions, Load unpacked method, public-safe Issue, Pull Request Conversation, and unsupported page identifiers.
• Record title fencing, canonical URLs, body/comments, Copy feedback, local save, permissions, and unsupported-page fail-safe results.
• State the verifier role, automation limits, and revision-binding limitation.
• Link the completed receipt from status.
• Include no private screenshot, private repository URL, raw log, local filesystem path, or personal identifier.
• Do not change runtime extraction, permissions, dependencies, or product scope.
