Issue on E4S page: E4S Contribution Guide

Please describe the problem with this page:

Here are a few suggestions from @bernhold:

• This page needs to include instructions for updating existing packages
• Where your contribution-guide page step 3 suggests a bunch of methods for contacting the team, I only see a clear mapping for one of those on the Contact Us page (GitHub Discussions). Contact Us doesn't mention Slack, and it provides emails for you and Sameer with labels that don't directly translate to "update an E4S package". I would suppose that I should contact Sameer. I don't know if that's what was intended. Also, you could directly link at least some of these things on the contribution-guide page to make it easier.
• If you have a preferred method of contact, you might mention it on the contribution page, or at least put things in the order of preference (maybe they are).
