Add CMIP7 data request for ECE3

Adding the CMIP7 data request for EC-Earth3 configurations within ece2cmor3 and adding genecec-cmip7 which produces the output-control-files based on a CMIP7 experiment request for EC-Earth3.

Hi @treerink since when are we expecting to run CMIP7 experiments with ECE3 ?

@etiennesky for instance ECE3-ESM-1 has been considered to be a fall-back option for CMIP7 if ECE4 is not ready in time (for the fast track). Besides this has been a good intermediate step for coming to the CMIP7 ECE4 case. And finally, it might be at a certain moment interesting to compare ECE3 and ECE4 for some CMIP7 experiment, but that's my speculation.

@etiennesky Yes I can for instance provide the result of:

which I earlier this week provided to @klauswyser. I updated them now for the removal of cWood (#861) and on hpc2020 they can be found here: /home/nktr/for-klaus

The CMIP7 output control files that @treerink provided did work fine with ECE3-ESM. What we don't know yet is how "complete" they are. For EC-Earth we have a list of exclude variables that we use to shorten the list of variables from the CMIP data request. This list contains variables that we cannot or don't want save. For IFS and NEMO I don't think much has changed since CMIP6 but LPJ-Guess was upgraded and possibly could provide more variables. Discussion with LPJ-Guess friends in Lund is on-going.

On another note: @treerink how far are we with cmorisation for CMIP7 with ece2cmor3? Are there already new tables and controlled vocabulary for CMIP7? If yes, have you tried using them with ece2cmor3 and ECE3 output?
