Add the cmip7-cmor-tables repository as submodule

Add the cmip7-cmor-tables git repository as a submodule to ece2cmor3 in th eresources directory, with:

cd ~/cmorize/cmip7-cmor-tables
git config --get remote.origin.url
git@github.com:WCRP-CMIP/cmip7-cmor-tables.git

cd ~/cmorize/ece2cmor3/ece2cmor3/resources
git submodule add git@github.com:WCRP-CMIP/cmip7-cmor-tables.git
gits
git diff ../../.gitmodules
git diff --cached --submodule
git commit -am 'Add the cmip7-cmor-tables repository as submodule #874.'
git push origin master

git submodule update --init --recursive

The ssh approach is changed to https in #877, so:

Instead of using:

 git submodule add git@github.com:WCRP-CMIP/cmip7-cmor-tables.git

for general users without credentials (SSH-keys for instance) it is easier to use the https adres:

 git submodule add https://github.com/WCRP-CMIP/cmip7-cmor-tables.git
