The Isoseg cell number is incorrect

Hello , we are running Cloudfoundry with 3 Isolation segments (1 Shared , and 2 customs) .
In total we have 18 Diego cells across those 3 Isolation segments :

• 3 on Shared

• 12 on Isoseg01

• 3 on Isoseg02 .
  But cf top shows : 10 on Shared , 7 on isoseg01 , 1 on isoseg02 .
