Clean up the documentation landing-page

At the moment, the landing-page for the docs (<https://excmd.js.org>) is too spare.

I'm mostly waiting on #5 and #7, because I want to be able to provide some examples of the syntax we decide on.

It also needs a description of the mapping between ML-interface and JS-interface.
