Multilanguage characters

Describe the bug
At some stage of the formation of the page of a non-english-language nickname of a character with a letter link, an error occurs.

Steps to reproduce the behavior:

1. Create non-english-language nickname of charaster
2. Go to 'User panel'
3. Click on icon of this charaster
4. See error

English-language nickname feels good
