EMsoftWorkbench does not open OxfordBinary file

Hi,

in the EMsoftWorkbench tab Dictionary Indexing i can choose the Input Type "OxfordBinary", but i only get "Error Reading HDF5 file" when trying to open a .ebsp file.

I use the nightly build from 2022-07-11 on Windows 10.

Hi @michaellandes,

I encountered similar issue for work bench. But the .ebsp file can be read by command line based operation, as long as the input length is correct.
