Follow-up to #14.
There are two ways we achive this. Either by adding the prometheus endpoints to the upstream projects or creating special runtimes for eoAPI. We started the conversations with upstream here:
Special runtimes could rely on the eoapi-devseed distribution, where we are currently preparing container builds, we have added metrics endpoints and a monitoring stack to play around with these based on @achtsnits comments in developmentseed/eoAPI#193.
The 40 hours for this task are taken from Data Access Building Block WP2600 (ping @ch-reck)
