Develop overview dashboards for cloud infrastructure (OpenStack, VMs), Kubernetes  services, and services used for terrabyte platform

In coordination with the terrabyte operations team we will define, document and develop overview dashboards for at least: 
- cloud infrastructure (OpenStack)
- Kubernetes services
- EO services

**Acceptance criteria:** 
- [ ] Grafana dashboards demonstrated
- [ ] Grafana dashboards integrated into Git repository
