Modularize Filter component.

Describe the solution you'd like

Consolidate all use cases into single component.
Use cases include open selector menu by:

• dropdown
• button
• none

Use cases include selector menu to have features:

• 1+ grouped categories
• select-all option for the specific categories
• select-only option (to clarify with Do)

Use cases include selector menu to be in the form of:

• radio buttons
• checkboxes
• slider

Users will have certain amount of freedom to configure these options (e.g. how many grouped categories to include, which selector types to include, etc).
