Ah I could not even open the schema. I saw that the "geometry" of the new window was written without the surface-use-2, like this:

*surf,finestra,VERT,wfinestra,C-WINDOW,vidresimple3mm,SCF8783_06nb,EXTERIOR,0,0  #   8 ||< external

I added ",CLOSED" after WINDOW and I could open the program again.

This is a small formatting bug that has been patched in another branch. If you want to access the updated source have a look at the Jon_Hand branch.
