PA01 - USB SD connection turns off power LED

Transmitter firmware

Current Behavior

Connect USB in SD mode and the power LED turns off.
Disconnect USB and the LED remains off.

Expected Behavior

Power LED should remain on.

Steps To Reproduce

Turn radio on and connect USB in SD mode.
