The README.md says that the voltage and the clock frequency should be higher than usual, but I've not been able to find anywhere in the doco what these should be set to.

It might be good to explain the pinout of the other parts as well. I'm assuming the RAM will need to have Vcc and GND setup and then the standard MISO/MOSI pins.
