[Feature Request] Threat based border color on nameplates

Nameplates currently have multiple complting conditions to color the nameplates. It would be useful to add an option to color the nameplate border based on threat rather than the nameplate itself.

I would love too have an option to color names based on threat and keep bars color based on mob type.
