[Action Bars] - V 8.7.4 - Key presses are registered with a slight delay (0.5s maybe) and GCD swipes are also delayed on repeated key presses.

Steps:

1. Press any affected ability keybind (Marrowrend, Death Strike, Execute, Rampage, Raging Blow) multiple times within a GCD window - CD swipe gets delayed
2. 5-6 seconds into combat, Press any affected ability keybind (Marrowrend, Death Strike, Execute, Rampage, Raging Blow) just once - CD swipe is still delayed
3. Spam press affected ability keybinds to deal with spellqueueing - button press happens delayed or looks delayed, throwing you off combat flow
4. 5-6 seconds into combat, Press any affected ability keybind just once per GCD - button press happens delayed/looks delayed, same as step 3

Brief description of the issue:

At combat start, If you press the keybinds for any ability multiple times within a single GCD window (2-3 presses in same GCD) you will notice the GCD swipe is delayed on the actionbar. However, a few seconds into combat this delay of GCD swipe also happens on single key press. It seems once the issue starts it just continues to occur while you remain in combat.

At the same time, a secondary issue is also happening, where any ability you press the keybind for only registers the use of that ability after 0.3-0.5s or so. Example, if I have 80 RP which is enough for 2x death strikes, if I press my death strike keybind 4 times (2 per GCD) it is used twice, on 1st and 4th presses. With blizz default bars, the ability is used on 1st and 3rd button press, as it should.

I have tested both issues at 350 and 300 SpellQueueWindow values, faced them at both the values.

Previously reported issue - https://github.com/EllesmereGaming/EllesmereUI/issues/1023 was closed, but the issue is still there. Only the macros not working part of the other bug was fixed.

The fixed of this Issue (version 8.7.6) brings another little trouble:

If the macro on the action bar contains '[modifier:shift]', then the macro will be invalid. For example, a hearthstone macro cannot be triggered by shift + mouse click.

hmm working perfect for me. just tested on ptr and live with this and it worked perfect in M+ and raid combat restrictions

in my test, the macro looks like this:

/cast [mod:shift] Dalaran Hearthstone;
/cast [mod:ctrl] Garrison Hearthstone;
/cast [mod:alt] Personal Key to the Arcantina;
/cast [nomod] Mycomancer's Hearthspore;

Ctrl, Alt, and nomod + Mouse_click work fine, but Shift + Mouse_click doesn't respond. Shift + click worked in version 8.7.4, but not in 8.7.6.
