Thanks for reporting!

The build was capturing a startup message from your .Rprofile (CRAN镜像已设置为清华大学(TUNA)源) and splicing it into the compile command. The "(" in "(TUNA)" then broke the build.

We've patched it so the build ignores .Rprofile now. Just reinstall from the latest version and it will work, with no changes needed on your end.
