[Bug]: Not launching/hanging on windows

2. be on windows
3. open process explorer
4. open dp code

Expected behavior

It should open normally

looking at process manager i can see that its trying to do something. i saw the same "loop" (asking for login and killing it) for opencode and claude so i deleted them, but it still hangs
