• Slide player that displays images with a variety of timing and presentation controls via a JSON config file
• CSV logging output with timestamps that synchronize with EmotiBit parsed data

Some questions

• Should the json file have additional parameter, which specify the ON time and OFF time? And use min/max only when random time is set?
  • Additionally, do we need another parameter to specify "create and use random time"?
    • If we do specify "random time", it is the same random time for the complete set or each slide gets its own random time?
• Why does the intro slide have a min and max? Is that a provision for creating a random time?
  • Do we need another parameter that specifies "create a random ON time"?
• Does the intro slide also need a "ON time" parameter?
• What is the expected behavior when we keep going back slides? Can we cross over to the previous set?
• Does num_slides to display include the intro slide?

For ON time and OFF time there are different ways to specify, but I think the easiest for the user is to use ofRandom(slideOnTimeMin_msec, slideOnTimeMax_msec) and similar for Off time. If those numbers are the same, then it a specified time with no randomness.

Does the intro slide also need a "ON time" parameter?

slideSetIntroSlideTime is the ON time. It's an interesting question what to do about the OFF time before the first image. I'm thinking apply slideOffTime there.

What is the expected behavior when we keep going back slides? Can we cross over to the previous set?

I think in an ideal world you could back all the way to the beginning, but the reality is that back is going to be most useful for debugging and testing, so if there are limitations in v0 it's not the end of the world.

Does num_slides to display include the intro slide?

I'm not sure I know where num_slides is used, but it probably shouldn't include the introSlides. You can imagine the introslides having something like "SET 2: press the spacebar as soon as you see the image" or some such on the screen.
