[Master Scroll Book] add support for guthixian temple and spider cave (specifically teleport count) #131

This issue is for the external plugin: Master Scroll Book
Plugin version: 1.2.1
The teleport count (displayed on the master scroll book, and teleport chat messages) for the Guthixian Temple and Spider Cave teleports doesn't currently seem to be added. The counter and the chat message shows for Nardah and Digsite, respectively.
