[Better Skill Tooltips] Broken due to sailing pre-release

This issue is for the external plugin: Better Skill Tooltips
Plugin version: 1.1.1

No longer shows goal info/progress bars.

So, Jagex moved the tooltip's id. That was it, that was the entire issue. It's kinda annoying that that was all it was, and that it wasn't something I looked at until now, but burnout's a bitch.

This will be fixed in v1.2, whenever that gets merged into the hub (I somehow screwed up the PR for the plugin and idk how?)
