[Quick Prayer Preview] Add option to make preview position same as tooltip position

This issue is for the external plugin: Quick Prayer Preview
Plugin version: 1.0
I would prefer both the preview and the tooltips to be under the cursor.

It was originally done that way due to the overlay not being possible as a tooltip, and thus interfering with tooltips on the orb. With "recent" tech that I figured out for Contextual Cursor, however, it should be possible to have it appear as a fake tooltip.
