fork to Lazarus allowed ?

We want to port WebDriver4D to Lazarus. 

But the repro here have no lizens shown. Is this allowed from your side (Ericwang1104) to make a Fork and made it ready for Lazarus/fpc ? We can give the changes back to your repro too (if wanted).
