Server crush on Essentialx Beta "EssentialsX-2.21.2-dev+27-cc25a79.jar"

After the crash, I've restarted the server, the error does not disappear and the server dies after 5 minutes of stable operation. After reinstalling the plugin, the server lives stably for 1-2 days and then closes with the same error. I tried to download "EssentialsX-2.21.2-dev+30-73da278.jar" but the problem hasn't gone away.

Nothing in the stacktrace suggests EssentialsX has anything to do with it. I would suggest reaching out to paper
