Unexpected behavior from plugin

I just installed the plugin and noticed 3 major problems right away:

1. The plugin unstoppably keeps giving me recommendations, even when im typing comments to tell it what to do, i couldn't find any ways to increase the wait time for plugin to give recommendations or either remove it and add a manual trigger so it won't cause problems when im typing
2. There's a process called language_server_windows_x64.download that opens up with sublime text always, i'm not sure if this is intended or not but even when i close sublime text the process keeps on running until i terminate it manually
3. When i accept suggestions it adds these <0x0d> at end of all lines as shown in the image below
   

I'm using latest sublime text version as of now (Build 4152) on Windows 10 (OS Build 19042.631)

Please fix this 🙌🏽 the <0x00> appears in my case too. I love having ai assistant in sublime, but It'd great if that is fixed
