Context

The repository already has a Fabric 26.1.x target and a NeoForge 1.21.x target. This request is specifically for a NeoForge target compatible with Minecraft 26.1.2, so it is separate from #47, which tracks validation across the older NeoForge 1.21.x range.

Proposed scope

• Confirm an appropriate NeoForge version and mappings for Minecraft 26.1.2.
• Add or extend the NeoForge platform implementation for the 26.1.x generation.
• Reuse Common behavior and assets without introducing cross-loader divergence.
• Build, package, and validate the mod in a clean client and dedicated-server environment.

Acceptance criteria

• A NeoForge artifact for Minecraft 26.1.2 builds reproducibly.
• Client and dedicated-server startup succeed with the packaged artifact.
• Dissolver, Condenser, Materializer, EMC, recipes, networking, persistence, configuration, and resources pass representative runtime checks.
• Artifact metadata declares only the supported Minecraft and NeoForge versions.
• Release documentation and the supported-version matrix include NeoForge 26.1.2.
