[Due for payment 2026-08-11] (iOS/Android) Benchmark JSON.parse in Onyx startup

According to facebook/hermes#1008, JSON.parse is substantially slower on Hermes than V8 or JSC. Let's benchmark the time spent in JSON.parse during Onyx initialization on iOS/Android in a large account, to see if it's a bottleneck worth looking at further.

First steps here is to benchmark the cost of JSON.parse and JSON.stringify in lib/storage/providers/SQLiteProvider.ts to Onyx during startup of a heavy account for example, in native platforms. How much time of startup we are spending doing these JSON operations?

Some ideas:

• Using Performance API to measure each JSON operation (that would be encapsulated in a wrapper function), and then reporting all the time spent after startup is finished
• Test with dev builds, or even better with Adhoc build and sending this data to Sentry
