CMake doesnt export when installing correctly targets

Basically in LibraryDepends only the base library is exported.

Instead export should be in foreach and export afterwards is redundant.

You can try using #397 in the meantime, which is far more likely to do the right thing on most systems. There is a non-zero chance that CMake will get dropped in favor of Meson.

I dont think Meson is good choice, CMake is industry standard, only Bazel comes somewhat close in industry adoption. Meson is definitely no go. Also i fixed the CMake file myself. I was just asking owners of the repository for merge aproval.

Industry adoption is a meaningless metric for a free software project run by volunteers. Someone needs to commit to maintaining it long-term, and if maintaining it is thankless unpaid labor for something that only ends up polluting the issue tracker with build system problems while providing no benefit to the developers (which is the case for both CMake and Bazel because both are badly engineered, to put it mildly), then it simply is not going to happen. Build systems are supposed to make things easier for developers, not cause them constant anguish because they are essentially worse than shell scripts and create more problems than they solve.

Not sure when was the last time u gave CMake try, but as of now I think it has progressed well and its fairly nice to use. At least as of late I haven't had much truble with CMake. Not sure if Meson projects are easy to include inside CMake projects, but if they are I don't have anything against it. Also Iam open to submit pr to fix current CMake issue.
