Add option to have surfaces step with for example 10 meters for the height value. This is to help with easy obstacle analysis.

Best is to refer to some charts made public. https://wetten.overheid.nl/jci1.3:c:BWBR0051670&bijlage=5a&z=2025-11-01&g=2025-11-01 These have intervals of 10 meters so that anyone can directly see the height restriction

For display purposes the "contour interval" every "x" in meters need to be provided and annotated.

We know the surface start and end heights at points. We need to calculate "contours" every 'X' meters. Maybe 10 m etc. We need to check with whole numbers.

Output should be a "line feature" called contours with a field "surface_elevation" and should look like this

This approach should be done for all surfaces, but let's start with the Approach and Departures.
