SPL supposedly helps with stuck non-SPL plugins #50
Description
2 users have now reported this "fix" involving SPL on Tic Rate Fix.
The problem (black screen / plugin not loading) is new (~2-4 weeks).
Seems to affect multiple unrelated plugins but only some users.
Could be multiple causes.
2 different users on Stracker's indicate it was caused by Nvidia GPU Windows
driver 572.42 (2025-02-13) and fixed by 572.47 (2025-02-20), but another user
has the problem recurring after 572.47.
Asking Windows users to report issues accurately is like herding cats while
pulling teeth uphill both ways so idk what to do with this info.
Just weird enough to note due to the supposed relation to SPL.
