Game won't launch, just cmd pops up then closes.

It seems like the problem I'm experiencing is in the winmm.dll file, because when moved/deleted/renamed the game can be launched smoothly. Does anyone know the solution?

@zkhribach That error seems like you didn't install the .NET Runtime properly.
