Mainnet Dealbot Parameters

Current State

Currently dealbot runs every 30 minutes with 50% chance of CDN enabled. Files range 127 bytes to 200 MiB, stored for 30 days. All of this is fine for Calibnet, but for Mainnet we want to tune the test-params a little bit

Proposed Changes

1. Disable CDN dataset creation - saves 1 FIL lockup per dataset, FilBeam has own testing
2. Reduce frequency to 10x/day (every 2.4 hours) - more cost-effective while maintaining monitoring
3. Keep file sizes as-is (127B - 200MiB)
4. Terminate datasets at certain random periods

@rjan90 what's the reasoning for the "Terminate datasets at certain random periods" item? if we implement #64, will that replace the need for randomly terminating datasets?

@SgtPooki It think that requirement came from:

• Wanting to preserve mainnet FIL
• Wanting to add some randomness into the mix, so that SPs can't game the dealbot know for how long data is around

That said, we can maybe just do that at a piece level instead of dataset

• Datasets:
  • Always test with IPNI
  • Do we even need dealbot to test with FilBeam CDN enabled?
• Frequency: we'll know this soon based on the acceptance criteria that are getting figured out
• FileSize: just going to go with 1MB 10MB for now. Larger file sizes can be validated manually by TechOps when approving an SP. (Larger file sizes being tested automatically can happen post GA.)
• Terminate datasets: this can be handled post GA

I'm resolving this given we have done #128 and the other parameters are specified in #228 and issues like #176 and #177 will make sure they're properly set.
