Investigate feasibility of a Minecraft frontend

I believe a Minecraft simulation layer would be highly engaging and would also be superior in some ways to our Gazebo simulation layer. For this issue, we should investigate the feasibility of creating a Minecraft mod that acts as our robot simulation layer.
