Would it be possible to update the User Manual RTD so that users can easily and directly access a PDF (LaTeX?) version of the User Manual? I'm fairly certain that I am not the only person who prefers PDF to web pages for such docs.
In the AMReX RTD, they have a link at the bottom on the main page to access a PDF version

In the Umpire RTD, they have a bar at the lower left that allows you to select the version of the docs. That also includes a Download section. Could we get a PDF of a specific version through such means?
