Module shows as not installed in the palette manager, logs show it is installed.

Install Dashboard 2 and flowfuse/node-red-dashboard-2-user-addon via the palette manager.

The palette makes it look like the install failed but I think it did actually install correctly.

This isn't a bug with ff-auth, but a bug with Node-RED that I'm fairly sure @knolleary fixed in 4.0
