Org profile: anonymize personas, update to v4 (Memo 055 PRD-01)

Update org profile per Memo 055 (REV-06, finalized 2026-05-22) PRD-01.

Scope

• Anonymize persona entries in Choose your entry point (remove first names Mira, Daniel, Sofia, Anders — keep role labels only). External readers cannot place the names.
• Update version strings from v3.0.0 to v4.0.0 (v4.1.0 will follow after Memo 056 v4.1 migration — using v4.0.0 now to stay consistent with the released spec).
• Update spec document count: 17 → 24 (matches current spec/v4.0.0/ content).
• Update llms.txt link from /v3.0.0/llms.txt to /v4.0.0/llms.txt.

Workflow

Edit happens in src/data/template.txt (source of truth). README is regenerated via node index.mjs (BadgeTable tool). profile/README.md must never be edited directly.
