- Human-authored comments oversharing
- Memo-system auto-generated comments in PRs/issues too detailed

Per Memo 079 Triage row #9 — User-explicit sekundaer. Memo-system tweak would be a separate larger change (and is not even in this repo — lives in workbench memo skills).
